Cancellation Policy
**Photography Cancellation Policy** To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer may be required. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will forfeit any retainer or deposit paid. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Fidelis Creative Services reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered a new date at no additional cost. By booking a session, you agree to this cancellation policy.
